AGREED UPON PURCHASE

1. Pricing and Payments

  • Total Cost: The purchase price of each Cashew Chicken Passport is $20.00 USD.

  • Add-ons: Applicable sales tax, shipping, and a small handling fee will be calculated and added at checkout.

  • Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party processors and do not store your credit card information.

2. Shipping & Handling Policy

  • Processing Time: Please allow [X] business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

  • Delivery Responsibility: We ship via [e.g., USPS Ground Advantage]. Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," MC Business Solutions is no longer responsible for lost or stolen booklets.

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a booklet is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay for re-shipping.

3. No Refund & "All Sales Are Final" Policy

Because a portion of every sale is immediately allocated to our local charity partners and because the booklet contains time-sensitive coupons:

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

  • Lost/Stolen Booklets: We cannot replace passports that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. Treat your passport like cash!

  • Restaurant Closures: We are not liable if a participating restaurant permanently closes or changes its management/hours during the life of the passport. No partial refunds will be given.

4. Liability Waiver (The "No-Suing" Clause)

By completing this purchase, the Buyer (Holder) agrees to the following:

  • Independent Entities: You acknowledge that MC Business Solutions is a marketing company and not a food service provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or prep of the food served at participating locations.

  • Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with dining out, including but not limited to food borne illness, allergic reactions (specifically nuts and cashews), or physical injury at a restaurant location.

  • Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MC Business Solutions and its owners from any claims or legal fees arising from your use of the passport.

  • Maximum Liability: In the event of any legal dispute, you agree that the total liability of MC Business Solutions shall not exceed the original purchase price of the passport ($20.00).

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Greene County, MO.
